Cookie Policy

Last updated: January 2026

This policy explains how ProAI uses cookies on proai.tech.

We don't use cookies to track you or to advertise. We don't run advertising pixels, and we don't use cookies to build a profile of you or follow you across other websites. For a fuller picture of how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They're widely used to make sites work — remembering that you're logged in, keeping a payment secure, or holding your place as you move between pages.

02What we actually use

Essential cookies only. ProAI uses cookies solely where they're necessary for the site and service to function. That includes things like keeping you signed in to your account, maintaining a secure session, and processing a payment safely.

We do not use:

  • Advertising or marketing cookies
  • Tracking pixels from advertising or social platforms
  • Cookies that follow you across other websites
  • Cookies that build an advertising profile about you

03Cookies set by our providers

A small number of cookies on our site come from trusted providers we rely on to operate:

  • Payment processing. When you make a payment, our payment provider sets cookies necessary to complete the transaction securely and prevent fraud. [CONFIRM: Stripe.]
  • Hosting and site delivery. Our hosting provider may set cookies required for the site to load, stay secure, and perform properly. [CONFIRM: Hostinger.]

These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We don't use them to advertise to you.

04How to control cookies

Every major browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — lets you view stored cookies, delete them, and block them entirely or site by site. Look in your browser's privacy or cookie settings.

One caveat: because the cookies we use are essential ones, blocking them may prevent you from signing in or completing a payment.

05Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to it, and we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Since we don't track visitors across websites or serve advertising, this doesn't change what we collect.

06Changes to this policy

If we start using additional cookies — for example, analytics to understand how our site is used — we'll update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above.
